Congregation Beth Sholom

The Providence Orthodox Community

Located in the beautiful East Side of Providence, we are close to the NY Metropolitan area (3 hours by car) and Boston (1 hour by car).  Our warm and welcoming community has all the needed amenities for an engaged orthodox Jewish lifestyle.  It is a key member of community institutions including two day schools, a girls’ high school, a Yeshiva Gedola and Kollel, two other Orthodox shuls, mikveh, eruv, Kosher food, the Jewish Federation of Rhode Island and the Jewish Community Center of Rhode Island.

Rhode Island is the smallest state in the Union. Though we are small, it never stops us from acting BIG. On the state level. On the Jewish community level. At the shul level. And every person counts. Every person makes a difference. This community cares about its people and recognizes the importance of everyone coming together to build a better future. Join us as we build a stronger community and the next generation.
