At CBS, Talmud Torah (the study of Torah) is both an intellectual activity and a spiritual one. Our tradition boldly asserts that engaging with the words of Torah is a way of encountering the Divine. Join us for a diverse series of class offerings, where learners of all levels will have the opportunity to study important primary texts, in-depth, increasing knowledge and observance while also engaging in a meaningful spiritual activity. Empower yourself and start the year off by studying with us!

It is an innovative forum for Jewish adults in their 20s, 30s, and early 40s to meet and come together for recreation, education, social action, and meaningful Jewish engagement. Partnering with Temple Beth El and Temple Emmanuel, 401J is the first of its kind as a religious and pluralistic group. Contact the Rabbi to get involved or for more information!
